Hello, Somehow I'm able to modify an AI city building queue. [e digicons]:|[/e] I came in sighting range of an Yithril city. When clicking on the settlement, I have access to the standard UI with details/talk/rename buttons and the city queue. The city was building a bell tower, with an oppressor queued.
