Thank You... I wanted to add two new factions inspired by the world of H. P. Lovecraft: Celephaïs (sovereign King Kuranes, Kingdom) and Carcosa (sovereign the King in Yellow, Empire) and I wanted to give the "binding" ability to both sides. I was hoping for something less invasive and rapid... I finally decided to give to Celephaïs an other ability :-/
