i have this same problem.. you can also get the cloth map back by going to the options and click show cloth map only 2 times (as in off then on) that does the trick for me

Sigh Fatal error DX error: Invalid Call Some games are unloadable becouse I get this as soon as the map shows up... A few times i could play pretty far without it crashing but usually i gotta restart game every 10 minutes maybe less.. specs: (only the important ones) windows7 64bit Ati radeon hd 3800 series tried 10.8 and the 10.7 ati drivers they both get the same issue sooner or later
