Okay, I've been experimenting with this behaviour a bit, after seeing a second river go to a dotted line near one of my villages (which wasn't on it). I had a screenshot of that but the computer spontaneously shut down again before I got it into a saved file, alas, I'm guessing there are still some overheat problems in the beta. The trigger I'm getting for it most consistently is when a town's zone of control pops to include the river. That's obviously not t

I had this happen in the game I just started, so it's not pure fluke.

I have also had this bug. I'm posting because I've also had it go away without a restart. As far as I can tell, sometimes when I have built something in a town it resets the drift.
