i7 8750h, 16Gb ddr4 ram, GTX1060, windows 10 v2004 x64 You can check the attached screenshot. Text is all messed up. And dragging this window occurs in slow-mo, and the mouse gets locked until the movement is completed.

Some of the windows from Classic Control Panel, like Devices and Printers, show text incorrectly, and dragging is very sluggish when using explorer transparency.
