During the fight with Abeix I used my commander hero to use command on an Umberdroth I tamed. However, while it did give the next turn to Umberdroth according to the initiative tracker, the commander hero's turn started again. I ended it, it started again, and it did so every time it ended normally or via me using the "Pass" button. Thankfully, the cooldowns progressed, so I wasn't stuck in an unwinnable situation, killing Abeix with flame dart (or whatever that spell was called) spam

Not only is leveling boring, the heroes are quite underpowered compared to units that are in use by the time they reach a certain level. They're very squishy (and a hero dying means a permanent injury, thereas a unit can just be replaced by one of the same type), and where one hero can use one axe to slash for, say, 30 damage thanks to his high attack, the units can use six to slash for 120. About the "time to play" - you see, I live in GMT +03 time zone and I'm also playing three PnP games via the internets at this point of time. But I can always spend time for this if it plays at a speed of, say, one turn per day. Also, my englis

Can't wait, but I think I'll just go to sleep now (it's midnight here).
EDIT: Er, that was a little misunderstanding :3
There is a bunch of single non-campaign missions, which can probably be defined as "skirmish", though there's only 7 (iirc) of them.
Just preordered, and I really hope I'm not too late :3
