My fastest uninstall for a game was with Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor. Doing so as fast as I did ended up being a mistake, because if you uninstalled without first downloading a patch it actually deleted important system files, forcing you to reinstall Windows. If you want to talk about out-of-game bugs I think that pretty much takes the cake. Everything is relative.
