Your post also highlights that Stardock is infact customer friendly which is good cause i started feeling l

[quote who="JuleTron" reply="37" id="2638472"] only reason i didnt think Napoleon was worth buying after Empire is that i heard that like Empire the game worked in other areas at the sacrifice of the actual battles themselves. This is not true at all. The only things someone could complain about in Napoleon is that there is no mod support (this makes no difference since fantastic mods like Napoleon Order of War are being made anyway), a few balance problems still exist and the
Having played the two games they had made before this i was waiting for this for a while. While admittedly i was put off by bad reviews the real reason is that i just dont feel that modern day Bioware Style RPGs live up to the old isometrics. Im am almost 100% sure the real reason is that they dont live up to say Baulders Gate 2 in terms of non linear content and therefore im slowly drifting away from this genre of game. DA-O and MA2 just didnt do it for me :( However if this game is
The first game i ever played was Shogan: Total War and i honestly dont think they have topped that so far. Sure ive bought them all but napoleon and with the exception of Empire i have loved playing them all for a long long amount of time all up. The only and i repeat only reason i didnt think Napoleon was worth buying after Empire is that i heard that like Empire the game worked in other areas at the sacrifice of the actual battles themselves. Thats where the multiplayer is now, and the whol
After reading these two questions i am also very curious as to both how close those numbers are for your finished product as if i can get hold of them in a later BETA or the release i will already have several ideas on where to start. Mainly because while I am hugely interested in modding for its own sake or for fun i also want the mod i work on with a few people to actually do something for others who play the game. That said the games going to probably take up to much of my time to leave mu
This game is a good "filler" between epic RTS titles but only if you play with someone on vent/skype/steam/somevoicechatprogam that you know. I had a pool of mates from playing SoaSE with and while i liked the game quite a few were unimpressed after a while. So while id still play the game id need them to play with to have the right amount of fun for the good 30 -45 minutes the game lasts for.
Actually if you have a few people willing to play with you its worth a shot.. just turn off nukes. My problem is while there arent any real flaws with it the game doesnt grab you in the slightest. Still its worth 11 dollars for all the oh snap moments.

You know you guys at stardock work in a totally different manner than i expect from a gaming company. Your public relations are personable and caring and the games you make are outstanding beyond any review you can get. As someone said earlier in this thread i would hope that this game gets outstanding reviews and have a great community with active conversations, mapping and modding for years to come but i dissagree on one point. I dont think you will need excelent hype and revi
