I quickly scanned your writing, and yes you are right on point. Invividualism should rule over the state. Unfortunately, the last three generations have been culturalized into social zombies. The problem is how to reverse this state that we find ourselves in. I find the ever increasing reliance upon short-hand communication to be so annoying, and our young people will never rise to the intelligence level required to sustain our County, let alone the world.
