You're Ram doesn't really matter, sins has a built in 2-gig limit before it crashes.

Each faction has its own way of getting to warp, romulans use a singularity drive, federation warp drive... klingons a different type of warp drive... and so on.

Im having a bit of a problem with the dominion ai, i set it to agressive but it just sits there and waits to get keldon, instead of getting leviathan as first cap. And why does the klingon starting cap cost more fleet supply, latinum, etc, then all other klingon caps besides negh'var?

I wonder, is there any way you can make the borg cubes spin on their own when they attack? would bring all of their weapons to bear on the target like in scorpion (i know it's voyager but still, it makes sense)

The problem with that is it might unbalance games, use it on a SSD and you just did 2 things 1: Took out the largest threat to you. 2: Stole the largest, most powerful ship in this mod, for maybe 1/20 its actual cost, and you did it instantly.

I've had a bit of an issue when playing as the dominion, or against them... their colony cap (keldon) isnt as strong as the other races equivelant ship, making it harder to expand. This makes it so you're pretty much guarenteed to die later on.

Oh one other issue, not sure if it's been adressed, but flak burst doesnt hit any of the fighters (atleast not alliance or empire ones at any rate)

Data died in nemesis if anyone actually remembers. He sacrificed himself so picard could live. Edit: Although he did transfer the capacity for growth to B-4.

Oh and funny thing happened, i sent a SSD to a planet that had 2 ion cannons on the other side of the grav well, it moved 2 inches, then couldn't do ANYTHING, unfortunately it was turning and rotating (wtf?) so it never even moved an inch, all the time being under the effects of ion cannon.

Or you could balance it in a different respect, make it so the SSD is the only super capital that requires 8 stations, the geonosian maybe 7, while the alliance ones are both at 6 maybe?

Stress, you were right in your first guess, the Praetor holds ALL the power, he controls the romulan military, he who controls the military, controls the empire. The senate, is at his mercy, they can meet with unfortunate "accidents" when they displease him. The Emporer is a figurehead, nothing more.
