I don't think a woman smoking while pregnant affects my bottom line....It's more the poor baby who may or may not be born with a mass of health problems due to its mother's habit.Someone tells you when to pee? That's a shame...... If you worked for a health insurance company it would (who do you think p

something tells me Carpe Diem's a smoker... yes but what I will never tell Really just tired of people telling me when to wear my seat belt, when to wear a helmet, when to pee.... bah bah bah. They tell me its for my own good. But no

we really do know what's best for people who people who smoke, particularly those who are pregnant and it's really simple: don't smoke We really do know that speeding in a car kills, do you speed?. Should we install a GPS in your car to ensure you do not endanger me? We know that having unprotected sex

Why is everyone "torn" on this issue, this was done plain and simple to boost the bottom line. (Right from the company) They do not care about you or your health. So to protect the bottom line what will be next on their list? Over-weight.... talked about enough here, and eating is required it is not a choice. But what about the things we like doing that are a choice? Should GPS be installed in your cars to ensure you are driving safely? The real question is do you want your company to mo

"I hate to judge someone I just drove past on the street" You seem to like judging people to me, that is the problem with this country (US). Everyone knows what's best for the other person, and insist it be law. I for one do not want anyone's protection and will accept the risk of my actions. But along the same lines, post whatever you like...

Nick: "It happens on all skins, when you minimize or max the app (in either SDI or MDI mode) it will loose its skin for a fraction of a second (looks like windows classic) then return skinned. This is the only program that exhibits this behavior." --------------- My bad. On second thoughts that exclusion was a bit too extreme of a solution. Often, skins with maximizing problems are using MaxBorderCut values that they

yep, here is the email: ------------------------------------------------ Hi, Windowblinds can only successfully skin programs that use the Windows API's to draw its windows. if you go into the Windowblinds Config and select the "Per Application" option, add an exclusion for Visual Studio. This will stop Windowblinds from skinning Visual Studio while it is loaded. Thanks, Nick =============

Just speaking as a user, I like that Stardock can import msstyles. A) I will NOT spead money for a program to hack a file on my system. B) I feel unconfortable with any program that hacks a file (on disk or in memory) to make this work. (What else is it doing?) C) I still like to make little changes in any style. (can not do that with msstyles without buying another program) D) I would just not use any msstyles if not for S

I have the same problm too. I also see the Windows Classic skin for a moment. Quite annoying... I wrote support about it, and VS 6.0 & VS.NET are not compatible with Windowblinds. Pity, but I guess I will have to continue using StyleXP. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smil

When you have your docks configured the way you want, save them as a theme. The updates do not delete themes. If you want to be extra careful, make a copy of the theme folder so if it does get emptied you can always replace the contents. works like a charm. Thanks! Now if you can only get Visua

Hello all, I have this problem with Visual Studio 6.0 it might have always been a problem and I just noticed it the other day. (Now that I have noticed it, it really bugs me to the point that I have stopped using Windowblinds.) I happen on all skins, when you minimize or max the app (in either SDI or MDI mode) it will loose its skin for a fraction of a second (looks like windows classic) then return skinned. This is the only program
