The Antorak and Egg's Commanding Officers sound so raspy because that's all the effort they have after they had a run-in with Norris. Did I mention that both their collective bodies had to be put into 328 separate jars each for all the pieces that were LEFT?

I dunno - the Cielo sounds like he DEFINITELY knows what he's doing - in my opinion, you can tell by the certainty in his voice. Probably late 30s, early-mid 40s, one of those brimmed hats (like the TEC Officer at the top has), about average weight (180-ish pounds, give or take a few), and a clean-shaven face. As for the Hoshi, that's pretty much what we agreed upon - he seems to be the TEC's equivalent of a Mad Scientist. [e digicons]:P[/e] Hmm...maybe the Advent w/the
If I might add my own input for some music, I composed this playlist on IMEEM earlier. Please note you'll likely have to register to listen to it, but it's totally free to do so. Tracks I'd suggest would be Medal of Honor and Hans Zimmer's "Chase" from The Peacemaker . A few others might fit as well ("Electric Romeo" might be one), but those two most certainly would

I actually just thought of another unit portrait, this time for the Advent. Y'know the default Advent Portrait (the one with the Diamond insignia)? I've always pictured her as the commanding officer of the Radiance Battleship.

For some reason, I picture a bearded man, maybe w/an eyepatch, and a lit cigar hanging out the side of his mouth. Maybe slightly overweight, too (210 pounds or so, give or take a few pounds). How about the rest of you guys?
Something I just realized about the Akkan's Colonize - the free extractors it gives do NOTHING for Dead Asteroids, while both Progenitor (reduced cost) and Egg (faster build) do. Since TEC are the only ones who could build civics structures at DAs, the lowered cost of civics structures would make sense, now that I think about it. If one combined this with the Modular Architecture upgrade, then if a 60% reduction at level 3 is enabled, then they ARE g

When it colonizes planets, it gives 1/2/2 extractors at levels 1/2/3, respectively. Indeed. [e digicons][/e] Also, be SURE to give a couple of the TCs a try - I HIGHLY suggest Rubicon as a good starting point.

Might be a bug, but definitely an annoyance: I've sometimes noted that ships won't always jump directly to the target planet if there's multiple phase gates around the star - by which I mean, it will instead hop to a planet near the target, instead of going directly to the planet.
