Kyro thanks for the reply. Good to know you guys have the records just incase. Tridus I am just a bit worried because of GameStops latest Dues Ex mess up. They really messed up bad this time, and it was aimed right at the PC Gamers.

I doubt they will put out a Demo until they have most bugs fixed and the game tweaked to where they want it. You could be waiting a long time. Not really on the top of their list right now.

There is never any reason to Pirate a game. All you are doing is reasoning being a Thief. As for the AI in MoM they all did the same thing. Say hi, get mad for no reason, then attack in small waves of Ranged attackers and then every now and them a large group of melee. Most people agree the AI sucked, but the options and Magic is what made it fun.

I like how in the Tech description it says you get Gold and maybe some Food :P I would be nice if you could assign troops to follow the Caravans.

Wish I could get it for Digital Download. My drive doesn't read game disks. It will read DVD's and CD's just fine, but HATES game disks of any type.

Well MrCapitalG I guess there is noting to really talk about. You understand that you are not entitled to a refund, you just want one. I can understand that. When a person is not happy with how they spend their money they want it back. Reality is though that unless legaly you have a claim to do so its just not going to happen. In the end Stardock is a Company and Brad is a Business Man. They want to make money, and you don't do that by giving back the money

Why pay 50 for the same game with prettier graphics when you can get it for just 6. I didn't/don't want the same game. What I wanted was a game built off the love and ideas of MoM. I feel that in time that is what Elemental will still be, and I am sure their will also be a Mod that will be as close as possible to being MoM.

I had no idea you even had to pay them to join you. They never ask me for money they just say "Hey I would like to join you".

I would like to know what it is as well. This should have been advertised better. Might up its sales if we know what it is.

It was in the pre-order info that you could not get a refund and that you would be charged right away. This was due to being able to test the game. They didn't want people to just play the Alpha/Beta and then ask for their money back. It was a risk that you, and I, willingly took. Try and think of the game as still being in the Beta phase. They are still working on it and will for at lest a year.

If we all just ignore the Trolls and let Stardock close down the hate threads then soon the jerks will all leave and all will be well :) Brad please don't let them bully you out like what happened on the Demigod forums. Just give it time and things will settle. Most of us love your posts and find the info you provide us to be a rather enjoyable. Keep up the great work.
Great and everything, but where exactly does making the game fun fit in? As it is now, the game is a huge mess where there is nothing to do early on, and dragging the game on becomes a chore.
This might not really be your kind of game. The pace of the game is how most of us like it.
