Same here, same hard reset... It's strange to see that most problems occurs at week ends... Aren't the gremlins who powered DG multiplayer supposed to run into Stardock servers even on week ends? Or are they send back home too? :)
Plenty crashes since last week end, neverhad before except alt-tab bug. And my router is not UPnP at all... UPnP service is even disabled on my WinXP. Same here: lots of problems going online with demigod today. Couples of crashes with out of memory, and second time today I can't login (invalid login/pw).
No recent connection problem with me or my friends, doing couples of (Internet) custom games. Well, I wish one day a player can recover a DSL line going desync, and rejoin a game he just left accidentally :) Technically a nightmare to code for sure :) BTW, the port forwarding thing and the wonderful ImpulseReactorOptions.exe utility should be more emphasized, maybe on first Demigod start-up. The volume preference is correctly saved (for example 27/100 on my setup) but the volume is still loud (as if 100/100) each time the game starts. If I slightly touch the master volume, it immediatly get "correct" (for example, setting it from 27 to 28/100 set the volume as I expect it to be at 28/100). Previous versions of demigod don't suffer from this (but I don't know exactly when it appears, I just see that version x.093 I still have is not impacted). This b
