I would agree that this should be treated as a bug/change and that there be limitations to the number of bands, rings, packs, etc, that someone can equip or else its going to get a bit rediculous.

Level 4 gets you upgraded Bite which is going to put you over the top on most 1 vs 1 battles VS DG's at the same level.
