Video Card Thrashing Sound on PC Ati X800, Athlon 3400 1gb ram with all versions of GCII in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hiya, I was hoping it would fix the video card fan making funny sounds with the "limit framerate" option, or maybe something in the latest patch. Open opening GCII (even playing the intro video) the video card fan makes 2x the amount of noise (and it sounds not healthy), as it does running windows/any application or game, I can just about max out games such as Farcry, and play X3, reunion (no starforce junk on my system atm) without the same kind of V
