unfortunately you are stuck on that side you picked (Light/Dark). There is no warning about this and one really should be added. To change to the other side you need to wait until the current pantheon tournament is over. So basically pantheon is Light vs dark and you can only be on 1 side every tournament. Which does make sense, to me at least.

From what I have heard, now if you want to practice in single and find the demigod that fits you. Wait a week or 2 if you just want multiplayer right away. I havent tired multi yet, so i cannot speak to how well it works.

also check your firewalls. I was getting a lockup after the intro but it was because my firewall was asking for permission to let DG access the internet but I couldnt see it because the game was in the way. I couldnt minimize because the game was locked up trying to get to the server. I eventually got the permission box to the front and now it works fine.

I had the problem of getting an invalid cd key, I wasnt putting the dashes in between number groups. Once I put those in it accepted the key, all caps too. But that was just me.

yea, give it a week or so. Practice with single, experiment with different demigods and builds. EVERY multiplayer based game that I have played in recent memory has had significant server problems at launch.

Ill admit I havent had any chance to try out multiplayer, but the only problem I had, the main screen not loading, was due to my computer's firewall, so i havent encountered anything based on their end yet. So far I really enjoy the game and im glad to hear they are comitted to fixing the multiplayer experience. Even if I can never play online, I still consider this a good buy on principal of no DMR.

I actually fixed the issue on my computer. My firewall has a popup when a new program is trying to connect to the internet to ask if its ok. For whatever reason the game didnt minimize when this popup came up (probally becasue it didnt start in the same resolution as my desktop 1680x1050). Once I was able to bring the permission box forward by pressing the windows key and allow the game to access the internet the problem was solved. Hope this helps some
