Wc3 melee games are hosted upon servers, which players connect to. In custom games, all players connect to a single server(the host), in which the host sends information to all the other players. Player(2) and player(3) don't communicate directly I believe. If the host goes down, than the game searches for a new one. If it can't find one, than the game ends.
Source?

Well, people make hateful remakes, not the quitters. Yeh, I can understand feeders... Though it's kinda funny when a whole team feeds. lol. I just find the amount of gold you get atm fine. I usually die at most 5 times in a game, and that's pretty terrible play for me (or someone else fed the enemy...). My average deaths per game is probably around 2, which is about 2000 gold, so you can see why I don't find the amount you get a problem.

The winner of an RTS game is usually "he who makes less mistakes". Also kill aren't everything.

Then you're doing like 1500DPS with, when hammer slam is much less DPS than that in melee range and it's easy to avoid while autoattacks hit
You are right. Currently they stack as in 2 * 4 = 8x damage. It should do 5x damage. (Not 6x, because 6x would count the base damage twice.)
I see your reasoning, although it makes crit stacking pointless, and changes the crits to static 10% and 30% damage boosts. The way it works now, having both crit items gives you an extra 3% damage boost. Hardly significant.

Here's some counters... Tower Spamming Rook - Take out his towers and his screwed, or distract them with creeps and kill him quickly. Erebus with minions is extremely annoying when playing this build, since his minions absorb all the tower fire, allowing Erebus to walk in and attack. The only other real option is to overwhelm Rook with several DGs at once.

Starting out? Depends on what DG I'm playing and what DGs I'm against. Every DG can sit around there tower and just leech exp from the creeps. You don't have to actually kill the creeps to get exp. Early on towers do 200 damage a shot, so no one will dare go near them. If the enemy is killing your creeps, just hang around tower, and it'll kill the enemy creeps and you get exp.

Torchbearer is meh? Tell that to the Erebus I played the other day who I repeatedly killed. Same goes for Rook being "meh". Tell it to the people who find I've taken one of their portals (and destroyed 4+ towers in the process) at level 8. After that they probably thought Rook is OP. Sedna terrible?
