I'm playing legendary heroes on my Samsung laptop (900x1600) and holding down the mouse wheel does NOT rotate the map... what's up?? Is it me?

I downloaded the map pack and I feel foolish asking, but what is a "stamp" and how do I access what I downloaded from within the game. Forgive a senior citizen who is not very computer savvy. Thanks in advanced for a simple yey detailed answer. Dennis

At my standard laptop 1920 x 1200 resolution, game begins loading 'pushed' or "tucked up" into the northwest corner of screen. When it finishes loading and the options screen appears there is a major disconnect between the onscreen button options and the position of the mouse cursor. That's an awfully long time to wait in a game for an offspring that regenerates mana. Just give us a potion. If there's an issue with this, then charge an exhorbitant fee for it. Alternatively, allow for mana regeneration in a friendly town after a certain building is researched and built.

I have 1.07 and it still hasn't corrected it, so I don't know what you're talking about. Also has anyone noticed that when you save a game for fear of losing a combat with your sov when he has his full movement allotment still left (say it's 6 with all the perks)... you lose the combat and reload the game and now your movement is 2??? What gives with that?
