I am encountering a bug where quest maps only works sometimes. The quest location will appear but when I go there nothing happens (no dialogue box pops up). It seem to happen with more frequency the more quest maps I use. The first 5 or so will work fine, but by the time I have used 15-20 each map has only a 50-50 shot of working. This has been happening at least as far back as the .95 series. Also does anyone else think the quest maps are OP? It basically gives unlimited experi

FE seems to coming along really well. Stability has improved to the point where I can play a whole game through with only one or two crashes, and I am having a lot of fun with it. With balance/polish and more content (heroes, quests, items spells etc) I would give it at least an 80 and maybe even in the 90+ range. I do have a few suggestions. 1) Random Master Quest It would be cool if there were multiple different master quests and the game randomly picked one at the b

I agree with a lot of the sentiment stated above. It does feel like the fight with wilderness ends far too quickly, and that pioneer spam is necessary if you want any chance to expand. However, I think what many of the posts suggesting more aggressive monsters fail to take into account is how difficult it would be for the (non-monster) AI to deal with this. A few quick thoughts on the .77 beta. 1) FE is definitely headed in the right direction, especially as regards to heroes and the world. A lot of things seem imbalanced/overpowered right now, but I think a lot of that has to do with the AI still being a work in progress. 2) This problem goes back to WOM, but getting the "right" type of shards early on is too dependent on luck. If I have a fire/earth sovereign and I get only water/air shards to st

In my view the magic victory in WOM suffers from two main flaws. 1) It is too similar to a military victory and 2) it is too boring. On the first point, the primary barrier to a magic victory is having the four shards, and the only way to get those shards is by attacking and taking them from your neighbors. The only times I found casting the spell of making is when I was on my way to a military victory and realized I had 4 shards. It should be possible for a small, but highly magical,
