Reply to Galactic Civilizations II: Known Issues / How to get support in Bug Reports Stardock Forums

Hello, my error is that after being able to play Gal II for a long time, I either changed somthing or the sort, i can launch the game but i cant click on anything, nothing responds at the menu. I can move my mouse and the music plays correctly, but none of the buttons respond to being clicked on. I also cant find my "Prefs" file I did a search and I still couldnt find it.
