Great story Demiansky, but I have to agree with the team here. Gold is a perfectly fine unit of barter, espically considering we are talking about 25years after the cataclysm. If the trader in your story had say warm clothes or weapons to defend himself, while he may see more use for them they still do not quell his hunger. I noticed a number of people are basing their assumptions on being able to research three techs simultaneously. It appears that you are not limited to three simultaneous projects. There appear to be scroll buttons above and below the technologies being researched. Additionally, there are “Add” and “Remove” buttons at the bottom of the screen, presumable to add and remove technologies from the active research list. I
