Error while uploading in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Everytime I tried to upload a new skin to the site it gives me this error (When uploading a new skin, your Skin file must also be submitted.) I used jpg formats causes it says thats the only format. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong thanks.
