I see. My only experience so far has been with the campaign (as it was recommended to start there) and I suspect the player's faction there is not "egalitarian". I don't mind handicaps; challenge is good for you. If it means I can have some swordswomen, I'll do it.

Is there a way to be able to design female units? I'd like to do that to add a little variety to my armies. It seems like it should be possible, since you can make female sovereigns.
