I've had the same problems here, at first I thought scrolling was inverted, but trying to scroll up to go 'down' just took me further up. I worked around by zooming. If it's not fully implemented yet, that would explain it.

I built a second city next to an iron deposit and built a mine immediately, something in that build request was wonky, and three ended up getting placed, and in the wrong spot(s). A few turns later when they were finished I clicked on the city to see the surprise three new mines and the game crashed back to desktop.
