Not alt-tabbing, but I'll try windowed mode and see what happens. And yes, latest patch applied, even deleted all my save games and started a new game afterward.

So, its a mystery, I take it. Not one response....sigh

This game crashes every time I play it. I keep getting what appears to be Direct X errors, please see linked debug.err file. No dump file was created. Video drivers, etc are up to date. Multiple restarts to help alleviate problem have been unsuccessful. Running in WinXP compatibility mode also unsuccessful. No problems with other games. Appreciate any insight, thanks.
