In the begining the Vasari had much of the galaxy under there control, until a mysterious force took over much of there worlds. They sent there fleet in to investigate and all but one frigate came back. Who are the ones who were doing this? I thought it was the Advent at first but the advent only came into the story around the same time the Trade Order did. what the heck was it?!

Do you need entrenchment for this mod? What is vanilla Sins?
I went to the website https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/331584 and downloaded the mod, extracted it to C:\Documents and Settings\...\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods, and tried running it. It didn't show up under the Mods section in the Options menu. I checked in the Mods folder, it shows two files: SOGE and readme0.9
Do you need Entrenchment for windowed , because I couldn't find it under the Options:Video menu. PS: My Computer's resolution is 1024 by 600. The 3D part of the game, like the actual gameplay works fine. It's just the main menus and pause menus.

I recently installed SINS on my Netbook. It runs absolutely fine except that in game menus, the screen get's cut off at the bottom. I read somewhere that it's because of the Netbook's resolution. I also heard something called windowed mode. How do I get that so that I can fix the problem?
