Great tip. However now a crash is occurring in LegendaryHeroes.exe itself, which is much harder to track down. If I find another solution I'll post it to this thread.

Anybody had luck running FE LH in wine so far? For me it is crashing in gameoverlayui.exe. There isn't anything helpful in the appdb. When I purchased the game I was hoping for it to work well in wine because of the simple graphics. It would be great to not have to boot windows everytime I want to play FE...
