@Wizard1956 I'll try this to see if it change anything. I've removed all rights from the system and others. I keep this file and ownership only to me (user). And save this and apply "read only" so that OD does get to re-write anything in it. Peace

Either I'm the only one who's having this problem, or the post gets remove so Object Dock doesn't look bad (as it really is). Anyone else having to restart OD in order to make weather app work? Even after 100s of re-install, in fall short again. If only there was a way to change its dll or make some js, xml, ini, or any, in order to make it work, I'd do it. Help with .NET Framework 3.5--- [HR] I had that issue a year back. It was telling to "turn windows features on or off"; (??!!!??)
