My internet subscription has a monthly download limit, so I can't say I was too pleased about that. All my sov and unit designs from 1.1 are unavailable. All video/audio/game options were reset to their default values. Not what I expected from a minor patch!

I tried to have one of my champions use the +1 defense book whilst engaged in the tactical battle screen. From the debug file it seems as if the game tried to display a popup but couldn't and consequently crashed. http://users.telenet.be/Stormboy/EWoM/debug.err_201008311415

In its heyday there were lots of AI tournaments, many of them organised by fan sites like the HeavenGames forums. The games were usually recorded with AoE2's in-game recording mechanism, and distributed through the site
