When I try to access my account I get "error on page" and can't download and upgrade to "Entrenchment. Can someone correct the web page fault please.

I have had Sins for several months but have never been able to download anything through Impulse. At the moment it's been stuck on "Downloading Impulse update - retrying" for well over an hour. I am still stuck on Ver 1.05 and if I try to download "Entrenchment" I get "Unable to perform this action at this time because Impulse is validating registrations." I have had Sins for some months now but I cannot get Imulse to download in spite of reloading it.
