One thing. When you mentioned scientist near the end there, I think you meant someone else. Probably meant a medic or doctor or something, because, one scientist sounds wrong, and two, what the hell would they be doing on the ship? I guess to monitor the ships special systems, but sounds like engineers and that one guy could do that. Don't remember his name. But typically, the type of scientist I envisioned when you went throught that part would not be on a ship that would presumably le

Just one thing I didn't like, and that was when you said the ship was so destroyed it was unrecognizable. That doesn't make sense, as destroyed means gone, no more, something like that. Now, if it was damaged beyond recognition, I could agree with that. Just a small descriptive error. Great so far. Wonder when your going back to the Advent point of view.

Liked the new chapters pretty well, but theres a few things I didn't like. One, was the damage points and antimatter points and sheild points. It didn't sound good, especially damage points, as I believe shields and armor on ships would vary throughout the ship, and a missle or something hitting it would cause more or less damage. So, while it could be implimented, it sounds like its susposed to be in a game. Also, I have never heard that used in other books with large fleets of ships, the au

No, I was insulting the Vassari and I used very crude words. By the way, I still think you should have taken a different approach to Kol taking over the ship, as I said before disabling shields or weapons or something. I still find it doudtful he could have gotten to the bridge without being killed or captured

No, there would be some communication with the outside. It is rare for every ship in a fleet to be destroyed, there would have been at least some communication with another ship or several ship about an intruder on board, and it is probable that they would conclude he had taken over the ship.
