Diplomacy wise, I think it would be amazing if you could make me feel some kind of attachment to the AI characters through personality. For example. Game flow: 1. Lord Jerkface out paces your military, decides you look like a nice kill and steal so he declares war and sends some troops after you. 2. Lady Justice decides she will not stand for such un provoked blood shed and offers to ally you, then proceeds to protect your kingdom as her own, saving you

Sexy cloth for casters works, and makes sense. You have holy female priests in robes, or unholy female warlocks who like to show skin; sure. But please make the armor look like it's actually trying to protect them, even if it's curvy. The screenshot posted a bit ago was nice.
How heavily does the AI cheat in this game anyway? Out of curiosity.
Have you looked into the civic techs? I always short sell myself on the econ tech ups and have started using them more. I still don't fully understand what effects what though. :|
Someone on the forums said he could only equip them to some of his characters and didn't know why. So... I dunno.
I want a death spell that lets me sacrifice my children for magical power. Or carry them around like mana potions, pop the top off an drink the unicorn blood. Besides, you all pay for your wives, a lot more than these kings ever will. It's just in installments.
The thing about the game, that I got from the get-go was that your magical power can be focused in whatever play style you want- but it should balance out... that seems to be the major issue right now.
So I felt quirky and tried making a SoV with 5 Int and Wis, but 15 of other stats, warrior, warrior focused traits. I hunted down a couple gold mines and decked him out in major gear till he had a CR of about 850. Attacked the enemies 400ish CR army to test him out in a non-NPC fight. ROUND 1: I move towards them ROUND 2: Enemy sov drops a rock on my head for 95 damage GAME OVER Aw. That'
I downloaded the game on the 23rd, had been looking forward to it since announcement but didn't want to spoil it with the beta. I was a bit disappointed and worried. But after the two patches that came out the day-of the game is already much better, I love this companies style and the game is looking awesome.
Why can't I color the clothing of units in the unit designer like when making a channeler? Also is there no way to color armor? Silver plate is nice, but black, gold, ect. I had a channeler called The Scarlet King who was fire based, red theme in clothing and I was excited about creating a royal guard named "The Scarlet Knights". But nope, couldn't figure out how to tint armor or clothing on them :(...
