If you read it, it isn't an exclusivity agreement for everything, just one specific product line that hasn't come out yet for a 10 year period...Bungie can still work on other games for other companies. And Activision gets only exclusive publishing rights ro whatever this IP ends up being...Bungie retains ownership over the IP.

This is one of those games, unfortunately, where a remake is inevitably going to piss people off. If they change too much, people will complain that you've ruined it. If they don't change enough, people will complain at being charged to buy what is essentially just the same game with prettier graphics. It's a no win situation.

I actually don't think them offering a ton of their games elsewhere would make them much money, anyway.
