OK, so I had the same conclusion as the OP: that the cost of upgrading a building is simply too expensive and that the point of breaking even was very far down the road. Granted that I did not do the math, but I think that the current differential is so large that it's hard not to notice if one just think about it. There is, however, one thing that I feel that all this number crunching does badly, and that is taking into consideration additional player actions (such as buying out

I'd like to start off and say that I'm exited for this game. I'm a big fan of 4X games and have been playing them for more than 15 years. I'm not a game developer but I do like to think that after playing these types of games for so long that I have a decent understanding of what to expect. Hey, First I want to say great mod, I love it. Sad thing was that it would crash every 30 minutes with high settings because of the 2GB RAM issue. I solved this by using a program called "CFF Explorer" (http://www.ntcore.com/exsuite.php). You open the desired executable (SoaSE Dip in this case) with CFF Explorer, go to the "File Header" and you'll see a sheet and at the bottom is "Characteristics" and all the way to the right of that should be a highlighted box saying "clic
