Yea... you are correct. Win 8 is not currently supported. I did search, but obviously I'm the only one that didn't know this, since no other hits came up on my "Win 8 Fallen Enchantress" search. Thanks for the help here, and the very quick response to my email from support. R.

Yes.. I'm using the correct serial for FE from My Account Page on Stardock. Although it doesn't appear to be using it at all. I tried both games with the correct serials with the registration launcher program and neither responding beyond just spinning. I only downloaded the old Impulse app, just in case the FE Beta was somehow in there. Of course, as you said it is not, but it did allow me to play the original Elemental.
I've downloaded and installed FE, but when I try to launch it allows me to enter my email, password and serial number but it just "spins". I downloaded Elemental WoM and it does the same thing? I have to agree with 1492 above. As a child of a broken home this brings back too many memories. I can't stand listening to people I love fight. I'm a unabashed Stardock apologist, but I understood the other side as well. In Firefox I have about 50 web page icons (I have deleted the names and only left the icons) across the top of my screen for quick links.. If I am unable to finish a game, that is not a punishment.... If I fail at a game, and you zap me with an electrical shock through my mouse for failing... that is a punishment...
