Is there a way to set which outpost serves which city?
As in a convenient part of the interface which would allow you to do this? No. However, there is a way to control which of your cities is served by a particular outpost: raze any city closer to the outpost than the city you want that outpost to serve. Is this a useful way to control which city benefits from an outpost? No, not really, but it will work. After all, if I recall correctly, outposts will service the clos

1. You should probably mark this as a campaign spoiler. 2. You should probably tell us which pieces you've found so far. Campaign Spoilers (highlight to read): Piece Locations: 1. At the shrine (you get this when you start the quest). 2. In the village just southwest of the neutral city.

Also check what Lord Xia said. When you bring the pioneer inside the inner walls of the Imperium, start checking the tooltip for the 'settle' button - if your pioneer is standing on fertile ground but can't build a city because there is another one too close to that spot, the tooltip should say something about the site being too close to another city rather than the site being ineligible due to lack of food. Then look for the closest city to that spot, take it over, and ra

I'd agree that axes need some additional incentive to be worth having. Backswing triggers far too rarely on trained units for it to be worthwhile, and moreover the unit is still vulnerable to counterattacks despite having chosen a poor primary weapon with no clear upgrade path. I think axes get upgraded to swords, which is counter-intuitive, but I'm not sure as I don't usually use axes on my trained troops, and the chances of performing a Backswing are so low unless you're fig

If I remember correctly, the Imperium Wildlands quest is completed by building a city within it, so bring a pioneer into the area where the Death Demon lair was (inside the inner set of walls) and see if there is anything settleable in that area.

Maybe part (or all) of the cost of anything you buy in a foreign shop should go to the foreign sovereign's treasury? Then you're gaining a benefit, but it's also benefiting your potential opponent(s). Also, if it isn't already the case, limit things we can buy based on relations status - e.g., if relations are worse than 'cool', no shopping in my territory, if relations are between 'cool' and 'neutral' you can buy tier 0 items in my territory (c

The spreadsheet is in Microsoft Office Excel 2007 *.xlsx format. Do you need a different format for compatibility reasons, or will *.xlsx work for you? Also, this spreadsheet contains only the weapons available in the Warfare Technology tree and in the prebuilt factions. Same deal for the armors. This means that if Umber or Capitar have any special weapons, or if there are weapons available through faction traits that are not used in the default factions, I have not included them in t
Generally like the things I see in this post, would love if someone made a spreadsheet with the "vanilla" weapons and armours. (would like to look at it) Sincerely ~ Kongdej
I have one, but I don't have a good way to upload it (anyone know how to use Google Documents?). It is somewhat limited, as it only really includes the mundane weapons and armors, along with champion armor, but I haven't checke

And one-handed blunt weapons disappear after tier 2, unless you play with Great Hammers, while two-handed blunt weapons don't exist on tiers one and two, and I would hope that you can't upgrade a staff to a maul, as those are completely different styles of weapon despite both dealing blunt damage. Also, why would you be using possibly the worst weapon available for trained units all the way up to when you researched the technology for Mauls? All this being said, there is an ad

JackArbiter: In all honesty, I'm impressed that you've kept doing these, as I would not usually go through XML files looking for spelling and grammar errors. Just reading through what you post up is enough work for me, and I think the majority of the forum users would not usually even go that far (though I could be wrong). Even reading through what you post up I am often tempted to only make corrections to things I think are most egregious, rather than correcting anything I thin

The pathing algorithm certainly seems to avoid rivers at all costs, if you let it decide how your units are going to go to that very far away location that's just on the other bank of this river that we can take a year or two to walk around. And I suspect that the road placement algorithm is at the least based upon the pathing algorithm.

By the way, is it possible to make a trait that gives +5 weight limit, and +2 initiative when using a bow? It would reflect the overdeveloped upper body archers get, and Tarth and Yithril would have it available after they research one of the archery techs. Except that Yithril doesn't get ranged weapons (in the base game). Could work for a custom Trog faction, but not for base-game Yithril. I do think init of weapons period

Searching the area you find a valuable item. This needs a comma, right? Cause there are a ton of these. I'm hoping it can be done without the comma Yes, this needs a comma. Alternatively, you could switch the order of the clauses and say "You find a valuable item while searching the area" or something along those lines. Perhaps you could make a list of the places that have need of a comma, rather than correcting the tex

I like that I have to pay the Mercenaries, Hunters, and Knights of Asok, but I agree that the amounts that I have to pay for them is ridiculous. 4.5 gildar for something on par with the basic militia units I can train at the beginning of the game? No thanks. 9 gildar for Knights of Asok? I can train my own Knights who are almost as good (or just as good, if I have the ability that grants Warhorses) and they cost less. Only advantage from the Knights of Asok is that I don't have to use up

There are some who say these monsters - rare, unnaturally ferocious - were made by the Titan Curgenon (missing preposition) his arrival to this world. Others believe they evolved naturally, within the depths of the great caverns dug by the dragon broods of old, and that their pale skin comes from being born in darkness, far from the sight of man. The truth may never be known. </blockquo
