Is ObjectDock no longer supported?? If not, why is it still being sold?

I just got notification that my OD sub is about to expire soon. Why on earth would I want to renew it when it has never worked? I submitted a ticket and was told the this was a rare problem. Basically told that nothing would be done nor has it. A follow up by me in September and nothing changed. No fix, no updates.

Nothing showing in Object desktop in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

All my subs are active and I can install all the applications individually, but object desktop application shows nothing. I'm running Windows 8.1 64bit.
