Hey, evreybody! I am new, and i have a simple question. I have downloaded a skin, but.. How can you apply him to your computer? I've gotten the skin from this link https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=5377&libid=1&c=1 But how do i apply them? Do i need a special program or something? Please help me, 'cause i really need it!
