After deciphering the map I split my forces, half to inform the other cities of the plot, and half to move SW to face the evil. I go to tell the other towns and pick up the reinforcements. The first town gives me a boat, tells me to go to Port Hope. Tarth gives me more troops and tells me to go to Gildan. This is the problem: My town near Gildan has grown so much that the Gildan capital has no land, they are surrounded by my terrain. When I get close enough to the city, I get the
