I customised a sovereign with +2 level summoning, with that you get to summon a shadow warg. Summon said shadow warg and it's still a lvl 0 warg, shouldn't it be a lvl 2 warg? I've noticed this in general game play, + summoning level enhancements have zero or seem to have zero effect on the creature levels that are summoned. It's a little disappointing.
