Hi! When I try to read Terms and condition in upload a mod section, they appear in Chinese. I did spend some years here and use my impulse account in china, but I'm no enough fluent in chinese to read terms and conditions...

When I try to build an unique building (like a Palace) if you click quick enough when you add them to a city, it's possible to build two or three. The palace will go on the wait list, and finaly they will all be build.
