TEC do have two types of turret (essentially). Causs Cannon, Hangar Defense. Give the Hangar Defense some fighter squadrons, and you've got anti-fighter defense. Sure, the hangar defense isn't a 'turret' per se but it performs the same functions, and that's all that matters in a tactical sense.

Bullets don't need oxygen; all of the reactants are in the propellant. Otherwise, how could you ignite the propellant inside of an airtight cartridge, or fire a gun underwater? Guns work perfectly fine in space; in fact, back in the 70's, the Soviets put a 30mm cannon on one of their early space stations (Salyut 2, to be precise) and destroyed a target satellite with it.
Perhaps it could be as simple as the Warzone 2100 unit designer...anyone here ever play that awesome game?
That's HOT. Now if it was only for VistaBlinds and not 3.x
The key words in my OP were "Windows 95", not "Windows XP". They're separated by about 8 years. The Windows 98 skin looks promising, but I'll see how it works.
This is a gameplay, not a scientific point, but: Why is it that it takes tens of seconds to jump from planet to planet but merely ones of seconds to go all the way from stars to stars?
Has anyone made any Windows 95 skins? I'm trying to go for a bit of nostalgia but I can't find any. I know some idiot is going to go ahead and suggest this anyway but I'm not going to go enable "Classic mode" because that's more Windows 2000 than 95; besides, it still does nothing about icons or sounds. I'm running Windows Vista.
