In the Spell of Making victory or whatever it's called, when you add one of the spell buildings to a city queue but then remove it, you don't get a refund on all your gildar, crystal, etc. I assume this is a bug as you get refunded on everything else. It also says the final spell costs 25 seasons to build, but it actually only takes 10 seasons. Also, I think the Wither spell is a bit too powerful. Suggest it cost more mana or its power be reduced some.Or, don't allow
