What came first, the chicken or the egg? What's more likely? Will community improve with a stable system or will a stable system come with a larger community? Who benefits more? A company that wants to make a profit should actively be building their community. I generally advocate against people whining to companies about every little thing...unless they're completely right and it hurts the fan-base as a whole.
