WinCustomize Forumsi have never been to this website. so therefore i dont understand what dream nor dl'd means. also what is a library? sorry, i feel like such a noobie right now. lolz. sorry to give you so much trouble. also, i tried downloading a theme (moonlight) and i wasnt sure whether it would to work in xp or vista. then i downloaded it, and it was a .zip file. Then when i extracted it, it showed as a .desktop file. how to i get it to my theme? (if it is for xp Operating System)
