Yes, pausing doesn't in any way hinder you to give orders. Tbh i cast atleast half mine while paused. ;)

I assume it is a lot easier to develop micro expansions. And the lower price / expansion may be an advantage in getting sales. It's a hell of a lot faster to develop atleast, i hate expansions 2 years after initial release. :)
Meh... I can't belive anyone but a Tw n00b get ETW before it's been out a year or two. Creative Assembly have proven that they don't care much for updates or customers. If you like TW gaming, don't get the game untill you see a mod you like.

I only explore when i have excess resources. Some artiftacts are really nice and worth a lot. But if you need every last penny to survive don't explore..

Whats wrong with playing DoW if you want that gameplay? There's no spaceships in DoW. If you actually mean you want to play with WH40k ships, then there is already a mod in development, but dunno if it is done or not. Anyway, it's called Battlefleet gothic, or something similar.
Downloaded and played yesterday. Gotta say i love it so far. I had played myself to boredom since a while before the release of 1.5, feels great to be back. Such a nice beta patch! :D
I think i stopped trying to name my ships in my 1st or 2nd game. I wanted multiword names ala WH40k. So when that didn't work i lost interest.
Really? I did download and think i patched... But maybe i didn't. Patch 1,3 was out soon after so maybe that's the patch i applied. Anyway, my appologies if i was wrong (and i most likely was).
You will get 1.0. Patches will be applied the usual way.... You have to use the patch fuction. Works well from the launcher. To clarify, patches are included free. In the future there may be a expansion which you will propably have to pay for. Oh, btw.. I think they call patches enhancements here.

I had it downloaded and up and running in less than a hour on my 8meg line. So i don't see the problem.
