Anyway I'm adding Paradox to my blacklist, right under Blizzard, EA, and Activision, because of what I read on this forum. And so the list grows... yay. At least you accomplished something with this vent. Damn man, at this rate the only developers I'll still be doing business with will be S

I was told via PM to my new account that I will get final decision on wednesday. I was also told that my thread was seen as "inflamatory" by person who banned me - well posting about game still not working as it should (bugs, features not working correctly) and entire naval combat system being junk might be "inflamatory" but its not my fault those problems in game still exist. I paid 60€ (72$) for game + expansion and 10 months after release it still have majo

What I know is that it is foolish to critizice someone in their own home while giving them a very good excuse to kick you out. If you have to do it be ultrapolite, fully know the local rules and leave no openings for them other than enduring it or kicking you in a shameful w

After following your example I also did a Google search and I see he posted the exact same topic on at least 3 other gaming forums as well. Seems like he's trolling a bit. I've done a lot of digging in Google's cache, and I've found multiple points where you broke their rules. The threads were often locked and you were told exactly why, and then you said the same thing in another thread. Here's an example: Rebel44: "I am also disapointed by fact that HoI3 is still b

[quote who="Orvidos" reply="1" id="2640966"]Forum access being tied into game access is something I've heard a lot about lately. Odd. As for Paradox, I've never had a major problem with them. (Aside from them allowing Majesty 2 to be made the way it was. Goddamn abomination) But surely there's someone higher-up you can contact about this? Or if not, some silly law somewhere you could chuck at them? *Shrugs*
Long story short: Some time ago I bought Hearts of Iron 3 (WW2 strategy) from Paradox - game was horribly broken at release and was never patched to the state where it wouldnt contain gamebreaking bugs. Today they released expansion called Semper Fi (it cost 20 bucks) which promised to fix most problems. Many of HoI3 problems are still present in Semper Fi. For example submarine warfare is still broken, Japan is always defeated by china etc. When

Thats why total sales/revenue per year would be very usefull for comparison of DD services.

Steam claims to have 25 million accounts, of which 10 million are in use. If you think "most" PC gamers have Steam accounts and that 10 million people is enough people to be "most" then we might as well pack it in and move to consoles now beca

Hi, I would like to ask (if you can answer) why Impulse (and other DD services) dont publish their revenue, profit, sales numbers etc. Is it because of NDAs from publishers? Some other reason? Such info would make current situation on DD market much clearer. All current info about DD marketshare is just bunch of rumors, estimates etc. (for example Steams marketshare is estimated from 40% to 85% ). Few months ago I wrote article about DD services for loca
