I want to check if maybe my issues could be solved if my documents folder would actually be filled with different xml files.

I am experiencing this rather gamebraking bug: I have no textures for heroes (during creation or after), and no map textures either. Just the cloth map. I have reinstalled the game, cleared settings and such. I am running windows 8, on gear that is plenty past the recomended stats.
