I hear some people say the race with Juggernauts was powerful and I wanted to see if it might be so. . I make a game on a large random world. I picked the race with juggernaughts and two I custom designed, plus two other vanilla races. I played a six race but moved my leader to an island and did nothing. All ai run races were set to the same difficulty. I used the code to run the game unattended and watched what happened. The game is almost over, down to about

I did the update to 1.01 and got all kinds of wierd things. Start a new game and the oceans and rivers have no water. Tried a second new game and the entire world has no, and I mean ZERO buildable city locations. ( I looked by disabling fog of war). so i rebooted computer to clear memory, restarted game and now it crashes every time I press the new game button. so now I just finished uninstalling, and am downloading the entire 3.57 GB instead of just the update. L

Ah simple minor oversight. Thanks for taking the time to explained it to me. I love the modding potential of this game, lots of fun so far discovering the differences between abilities, factions , ect.

I hope the information on modding in Dynasties in FE is correct that would be the first mod I would look for. I love the whole history family line thing of games that last years.

I have this problem also in v1.4 I cannot speak to previous patches since I skipped a few waitng for more stability.

I am having a lot of fun with the v1.4 patched versioin. For me that is the measure of a games worth - is it fun to play? With the patched version and a couple days play under my belt I say yes to 20$. It still has some bugs. For example, there is one in combat where everything freezes up and it reports the side with only one unit left has zero hit points when you mouse over it but the bar on the bottom still shows health. I was having problems getting the mod to show also. After reviewing other posts on mods I realized the issue is the folder path. On windows 7 you need to put the file into your C:\My Documents\My Games\ Elemental\ Mod folder. One of the things I really HATE about Windows 7 is how it forces things onto the C drive and the My Documents folder. I put this game and others on a different drive for a reason let me control my own equipment please. Sorry for the rant.<

Well Annie did not seem like a monster / foe rending name to me. So I just clicked on the unit card and selected the change name button. For me it's one of the cool things about this game. The ability to change the names of so many things from Armies to your NPCs lets me personalize the world. Now if I can only figure out how to give the enemy faction leaders the names of my choosing.

On August 25th p laying the latest patched version of the game (main menu lists it as 1.05). I had to save game after talking to Queen and she gave permission to cross the barrier in beginning of campaign. My Journal includes message stating - "You can now pass through the Queen's blockade." After reloading the campaign, however, nothing I can do, no where I click with mouse or any keyboard movement I attempt will get me past the barricade. I have a saved game to verify bug if some one

Just curious. As I understand your post, you walked character back to the city of New Pariden and did not get the dialog about completing quest? I enjoyed how you took umbridge at their treachery and conquored the city. I will have to try that some time in a new campaign. Maybe wait til they lower the barrier then attack them.

While I have not finished the book yet, ( working double shifts and trying to learn the Elemental game) I have gotten almost half way thru. I am thoughly enjoying the story. The characters are engaging and have drawn me in to the world, so I am concerned about their fate. Cheers for Stardock! While I have not gotten email confirmation for ability to download pre-order/boxed, I am confident I will soon. I cannot think of a software company, or most any type of company that would go out of there way to do right by their customers like Stardock has in this case. I bought the limited edition directly from Stardock, pre-order. I understand the confusion and problem with retailers not honoring the release date. I appreciate all the work Stardock personnel are doing to make the game available for those that helped in Beta and us pre-order folk. I am very disappointed to hear that had I gotten a limited version from Best Buy or Walmart, I'd have gotten some additional quests for the game that I am not getting. Marketing bai
